Driving Directions
From I-405 (North or South), take State Route 522 east
Take the first exit off 522 to Woodinville/Redmond
Veer to the right of the exit
Proceed down the hill, at the second stop light, turn left on 175th.
At the third stoplight on 175th, take a left onto 140th.
After the gas station, take a right into Woodinville Towne Center.
PhysioCare is in the middle of the mall with a view of Round Table Pizza.
